Excite-ing News

Apparently Excite has done a major re-indexing today after lo these many months. Anyone else out there see any movement/additions?

You certainly can cloak for Excite.
I think what you are seeing is: that site continued to be submitted and resubmitted long after most considered it to be a waste of time.
I used the paid submit option at Excite to get into the directory and I believe this is what got me into the webpage results. Also, every link to my site was submitted to Excite. I don't know exactly what caused my good ranking, maybe it was a combination of the directory and links.

This is more food for thought:
I have a .co.uk site(other than the one above)that was only submitted to Excite.co.uk. This site has no directory listings and no links have ever been submitted . I am now getting hits from Excite.com searches.
