Hello,
I am thinking of setting up a site which will be able to display content on another site - this content will be related to both my site and there site. The content I will display will match into there site like a template but be stored under my domain.

I was wondering what the best way to link the content on my site to there site. If I did it via iframe or javascript open window would search engines see it as a inbound or would they ignore it. If they do ignore it is using Href the only way to have it track a inbound link?

Hope you understand.

You will need your content to be in traditional frames on the other site for search engines to be able to follow and give credit for links. They will ignore javascript and iframes.
