The site I'm tryng to promote relies on a design philosophy of "no clutter". Since its a service site, we have no need for article content etc...

How then can I do a link page? I'd be hesistant to link to it off of the homepage through a resources link. In terms of spidering, what is the impact of a link page linking to the homepage, but the homepage NOT linking to the link page?

Wow-that was an awkward sentence! ;)

Look no further than the Google homepage itself.

Rather than clutter the home page with "About Us" "Press Releases..." etc, there is a single link called "Jobs, Press, & Help".

Could you do something like that?

Possibly... I guess we could have a tasteful text link: "resources" what goes to our link page.

What are the effects if you have a link page that isn't linked to from your homepage? Or say a level down from root.

Thanks!
