counting inbound links for several sites

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a utility out there that can determine either popularity (based on pr) or inbound links (simply in number), but for a whole list of sites.

What I want to do is create a ranking of website popularity from a list of URLs.

I would imagine some folks have written a script to do that kind of thing. Have you got a copy of Google Hacks?
