Of the major SE's which others take account, in their algo, apart from Google, of the number and quality of incoming external links

Amost all of them, to some given extent.

Ask/teoma
Fast/ Lycos
Inktomi and Altavista

Amost the whole market is using it.

Would you know if the incoming link text for Inktomi carries a similar ranking weight as incoming link text for Google?

Picked it up somewhere on WW that Fast does not give link pop much weight. Inktomi similar to G I thought.
