Incoming Links

50 Links from one domain

Hello,
Does Google discount links that come from within a single domain? As far as PR goes what scenario is better? or are they the same?

Scenario A: Get 50 an incoming links from 50 different PR7 sites.

Scenario B: Get 50 incoming links from 50 different pages on one PR7 site.

Also, in terms of the PR value only, what would 250 links on 50 different PR7 pages be worth? What would you pay?

There is a lot of discussion about this. I think the current thinking is that links from different domains are worth more than a bunch of links from 1.
