Mall Link - scam or not?

I just got an email from this lot claiming to add your site to thousands of shopping malls, thereby increasing your linkpop, etc.

For a monthly fee, of course!

I've never heard of them and it looks a bit spammy.

I just wondered if anyone else has dealt with them.

Anyone claiming to be able to add to "thousands of shopping malls" must be a little suspect, especially if they're charging a monthly fee.

I've never heard of them, but I go by the rule:

If it looks like spam, and smells like spam, it usually is.
