One of the tenets of any type of sales is that to be the most effective you gotta' believe in the product (unless you're a super salesperson who can sell anything).
So, everything else aside (Google and other SE guidelines on using these products and services, etc.), if you "don't like that program" you probably wouldn't be too effective in promoting it anyway, so why bother?
