One paramter is fine usually I would say. Then it depends on how important Google thinks you are. I have seen some 2 and 3 paramter URL's in the index.

Could you rewrite the URL, I have heard of that being done with colf fusion?

It's not hurting you and Google does count them but they aren't what I search for when hunting partnerships. I wish sites, especially hubs and directories would convert their dynamic links to static.
