Hi Gopi.

I do not think LinkParnters will be a Google sin-because from what I understand it is simply a directory of websites that want to exchange links. You still have to put the links up yourself. This is not a software option

I have received a number of emails from websites at Linkpartners, plus my own link is in there also.
