Sharing Link Populariaty Database Resources

Does anyone know of or have any databases that are specifically for people to indicate their desire to exchange links with other relevant sites along with their linking criteria?

I have a small handful of resources and have recently started my own database and would be happy to share what I have. Not sure if we can post URL's here but am more than willing to share my resources with anyone who indicates an interest and anyone who would like to share with me -- it would be much appreciated!

It might help if folks shared how they find databases. I'm also sure you'll get a few stickies. We like to keep it generic here with the focus on how to find the information.
