Are these links counting towards PageRank?

Having a link such as "www.website.com/" pointing towards another web page helps your PR.

But if I want to count my links, I use an internal script. So, does "click.php?p=www.website.com/" help my PR?

I don't think click.php?p=www.website.com/ counts towards your PR.
