Will this link carry any value over to mine?

Was looking at a directory for design firms, and when I hovered over the outgoing links, this is what I saw:

[*****.com...]

Does this affect link value or PR value?

I don't think it would pass PR. I've seen similar links and I believe it goes to a unique page that then redirects to your page.

Thanks for the feedback. I suspected that was the case (just like sites that run your link through their cgi-bin)
