A "technical" approach to choosing OBLs

My site is about widgets. I have a page about blue widgets. Which of these approaches would you recommend for selecting OBLs on the page about blue widgets?

1. Use the Adsense tool to determine what Google thinks my "blue widgets" page really is about:
[webmasterworld.com...]

I then use that information in the next steps

2. allintext: command
I search Google for the terms discovered when using the Adsense tools. Sites high in the SERPS are sites with titles which are most close to "blue widgets". Do I consider these the best targets for my OBLs?

3. allinanchor: command
I search Google for the terms discovered when using the Adsense tools. Sites high in the SERPS are sites with the most "anchor text" specific inbound links regarding "blue widgets". Do I consider these the top authority sites for my OBLs?

4. regular search
I search Google for the terms discovered when using the Adsense tools. Sites high in the SERPS are the best targets for my OBLs?

I like to use the Overture bid tool since it isn't plugged into the Google Universal Brain.

Martini-- please elaborate-- I assume you're not talking about the Overture keyword selection (inventory) tool [inventory.overture.com...]

What Overture tool tells the "theme" of a page and whether that page is an authority for the particular keyword/phrases I want to use in my OBL?
