Please! No Quotas!

This is especially for those of you in India.

I just sent back another nasty reply to a links manager obtaining links for an otherwise quality site. I showed them my link and explained I could not use their supplied description or title as I write everything on every page of every site I do. They replied that they appreciate my desire to control what goes on my site, and agreed it was the best way to do things, but could I change it anyway. This has happened a lot lately, and every time it is from an Indian SEO firm or links manager.
I now have a standard rude reply.
You can have the link as I have written it, or you can have no link at all. I don't care about your quota, and if your manager doesn't know a unique link is better than any link, then he deserves to lose his job. Please show him or her this.
Thank You

Feel free to borrow it.

It has been brought to my attention that there are not always quotas, but sometimes they are just required to ask for the description change in order to complete the task.
