Finally starting on my link campaigning, I have no clue who to link to. I am a webdesigner that offers hosting & domain registration. I have done link campaigns for my clients, but I can't think of who I should link to. Suggestions?

there's a gazillion webhosting/webdesign ranking sites. I'd start by getting listed in as many of those as you can.
Then try any local associations like your chamber of commerce or whatever.See if they'll give you a link.
Call your datacenter. See if they'll give you a link in exchange for a testimonial.

Pretend your an SEO and backtrack your competitors inbound links - getting links from the places that other top ranking sites have them from is as good a place as any to start. ;)
