Anybody figure out whats up with powerlinks? I have been trying to sign up for days and they appear to be down or have been pulled from existence.

Can someone enlighten me on this subject?

Thanks!

Who knows, I would recommend not to bother with such link programmes in most cases the days are numbered before everyone gets the boot.

You can't beat good ole fashion hard work and build your links manually :-)

Links are difficult to get, they take time, brainpower and not everyone can get links cheaply and quickly, thats why so much weight is placed on them.

If you develop a site with thousands of GOOD links, you will have a site forever.

Avoid qet links quick solutions! Otherwise, here today , gone tomorrow.

Yeah you guys are right. Nothing beats hard work!

Obviously something went wrong with what they were doing and got their hands slapped.

Think about all those thousands of people who signed up and lost money on the service?

If memory serves, I believe they merged with some other linking program...

Powerlinks sent out an email not too long ago saying that the links that were hosted on their servers were now devalued by Google, maybe other SEs. They suggested people change it so website's host their own links using powerlinks network. I believe they were shutting down all hosted links on their servers. Not sure if they lost any users because of it..
