for you to get a link, does it have to be in "<href>" link style or just written out. i'm just wondering.

a href ould be a link... www.domain.com with no clickable link is a domain name written in text, not a link. Either way, Google's backlink command is incomplete at best - check your links on another engine.

use msn and yahoo for pretty good lists. google really sucks a t this part.
