Checking a site for links to a bad neighborhood

any software available?

I operate an article submission site that has been around for years. We allow up to 3 links in an article, but lately I've been wondering how many of the links have gone bad, and how many of them link to bad neighborhoods.

Is there software that will crawl my site and report on bad links? If not, is there software that I could feed the URL's into and report on the bad links?

Thanks...

xenu, it will check to make sure the links actually go somwehere, but "bad neighborhood" is a subjective assessment (so far, no one's encoded a meaning for it).

It's obviously not universally accepted, but I would want to look for web sites with home pages that are PR 0. Is there anything that works with PageRank?
