Hello!
A thousand apologies for my awful english first...
So this is the question:
If the page contains just url [mydomain.com...] but not link there would it have an influence upon ranking in search engines? Do SE cosider it as a link or it's just a peace of text for them?

It's just text, probably, but it's a good question. If there's no link, it's not a "vote", according to the Google model, and likely not for the other SE's. Maybe they factor it into the algos somehow, but it won't be worth anywhere near as much. Of course, I'm not 100% on that and maybe others know differently.
