Link exchange script for .asp with seo friendly links

I am looking for an asp linkexchange script, which creates a directory with flat .html files, so Googles PR can be passed thru.

If anybody has an idea where I can find this script, please let me know. Please no php,SQL scripts!

WebmasterWorld is about discussing issues of importance to webmasters. Please, the link dev charter specifically states that it's not a place for requesting tools. I allowed a post similar to this last week by accident and didn't delete it. You can go back and look at that.
