Gaining links through articles

So I've been doing some article submissions via the various article hubs and noticed one of the biggies, ArticleCity.com is down...sorta. Looks like they haven't updated any of there pages for over a month now which is unusual for them.

Anyone know what's going on with them? Have they hit there server load?

That's odd because I seen that it was up to date a week ago or sometime around then. They did have some problems a year ago like this.
