I'm creating a sitemap. What I'm wondering is:
is there a limit to how many links I should have on a sitemap page?
Should I devide the sitemap into different pages?
Should the text of the links be the page titles, or does that matter? Thanks.

GoogleGuy has implied in the past that google will follow a maximum of 100 links on a page. I don't know if that's still true but I would split it up if it's more that 100 links.

I would make the text of the links the page titles (and have good page titles).

I had good results splitting. Easier maintenance and no risk.

The general idea is to make sure all pages can be reached within three clicks. I would also make sure that your site map is all static links.
