Heres what I'm looking for, Server side (Apache) link management software which does the following.

1. Create a link on a selected page with accompanying text. Has to be real easy to use, type and click.

2. Have an expiration date which notifies me. I set a date for expiration, such as 180 days. I get an email notification telling me where and what has expired.

3. Easy removal of the created link and text. Remove the link and text on the selected page.

I'm not looking for a recip. link management software, or a emailing - link building spam scraper thing. I just want to manage my paid subcriber link listings.

This sounds like Directory links management software. The better ones have "Premium/Sponsored Links" that can be of the paid variety, hence they have time limitations and ways to notify you.
