What are the best places to post links that get visitors?
Can you post a link somewhere for free that gets 50 visitors a day?

Based on my experience from my own sites and doing many link exchanges. About 100 links to 1 website brings only about 20 visitors a day to this website.
Where are a places where you can post a link to your website for free and get many visitors. Are wikis one of these places?

If there is a forum on your topic that allows links at the bottom of each of your posts (as part of your 'signature')... this can bring decent free traffic to your site... but you have to post fairly often too.

it's hard to get something of value without putting much investment of some kind into it. the best way to get people to your site is to give something valuable away for free. good content, for instance, can often do the trick. there's a way to do this and still make money, it just takes some more unique thinking and risk taking.
