Is there anything that allows you to manage multiple website links pages and reciprocal link campaigns from one interface. For example, from one screen you can select which websites you want to add someones link information to and it updates all of the different domains link pages at one time...

No...there currently isn't anything like that off the shelf.
There are windows based tools that let you manage multiple domains, but not in the way you are wanting.
