I want to have more incoming links
This can be very easily done by link swap
However, my site is a ecommerce site
I would like to keep my site clean
don't want to put any outgoing links

Are there any method to work around such problem?

Create content that people want to link to--content that they will link to naturally.

Or, focus on submitting to directories or other places where you must pay to get listed, such as the Yahoo! directory and other listings of sites in your niche topic area.

You can also get mentioned in the news--that will get you some non-reciprocal links to your site. Try issuing a press release and getting it distributed on the wires.

Try three way linking A->B->C. Just be careful not to set up any real obvious patterns.

1) your website A links to 50 other websites B1 - B50
2) those websites B1-B50 all link to your website C

It's really easy to pick these kind of things up if you do any serious backlink analysis.
