Automatic Link *and* PR checking

Is there one tool that does it all?

As the number of sites I'm managing grows, I'm finally tired of checking all my reciprocal links by hand. So I'm looking for a tool/script that can automate the task. I know that there are programs out there that will check if a reciprocal link is still there, but I would also need the program to return the (Google) Pagerank of the page the link resides on. (Because it doesn't help much having a return link on a page that has been cut off from the rest of the net or is "protected" via robots.txt.)

Does anyone know if such a program exists? Thanks in advance!

Hm... after wading through all the marketing hype on their site, I believe that their program doesn't do what I'm looking for.

Maybe I'm better off with a php script. Then I can plug in the Google PR lookup myself and fix it quickly if something changes on the Google side. LinkMachine looked pretty good until I realized that they want you to have the entire link directory world writable. Can anyone recommend a good and inexpensive/free php link management script that uses mySQL, provides direct links (no redirects), is graphically appealing and does reciprocal link checking? :)
