When linking should i be using keywords when using a title for my link or name of our company? tks for clearing this up.

That depends what keyword is more important to you, your company name or a general keyword. I would recommend trying to build links for the general keyword as you will probably rank well for your brand name over time as long as it is relatively unique.
For example, if we were Ford Motor Company, I'd rather build links for the keyword "cars" as opposed to "Ford".

For anchor text, a good mix of this is preferable: your keyword your keyword + company name company name + your keyword your company name
Too much of anything is not a good thing.

I agree that you want some variation in your anchor text, be it by targeting different terms, company name, etc. Whether or not you should spend a lot of the anchor resources on your company name depends on what it is and how important branding is to the company. If your company name is "kw kw company" then, you'll likely need some anchor "oompf" behind it to have it rank for it. If your company name however is "unikecompanynamez" then you won't need much effort to rank on it.
