What are good softwares to Manage the campaign?

I think managing Excel sheet is now difficult as the size of URL's already reviewed is growing. Is there any quick tool which can replace my Excel sheet?

I don't need something fancy which would manage the reciprocal campagin.. I only need something to track the URL's and email addresses to whom I have already sent a request for one ways.

If you have Excel, you probably have MS Access also. Create a simple database to input the info you need.
