Duplicate content trigger for link directory pages

I've got new 5 sites (each with unique content regarding a different facet about "widgets"). Over the years I've accumulated about 1000 link partners with whom I've exchanged links about "widgets" on several other sites. I'm thinking of copying the 50+ "mature" link directory pages from one of my older sites onto each of the 5 new sites and then contact my prior partners to make the exchanges with the new sites.

Will I trigger a duplicate content penalty for the 5 new sites for the essentially duplicated pages, since each new site will have 50+ pages containing the same information?

And of what consequence would that be for these sites in the SERPs?

I can't tell you with 100% certainty that you should not do that, however it is a generally accepted practice to vary the backlinks behind all of your websites.
