Reciprocal link monitoring - checking link still there

Is anyone using a free software/utility which allows you to put all the webpages you have exchanged links with into and therefore allows you to run this once a month to check your website details are still on their links page

I currently have them listed in excel and I am having to go to each site seperately to check my link is still there which is quite slow going.

Any recommendations appreciated.

My suggestion is if it's worthwile checking then it's worthwile spending a few $$ on to find a good commercial solution.
