How to make lighter the adding / removing links process

Yes, adding and removing links is veeeery time consuming and bored. I tried some softwares but didn't work much, most of these are paid.

Is there a good solution to add and maintain a link campaign or several?

Something free?
Something paid?
Something?

Use Arelis to find potential link partners.
Use LinkAutomate to publish them.
If you want to get fancier than that you have to do some in-house development (preferably php), or you have to outsource.

Arelis costs some hundreds and also link automate...
and they doens't cover the whole issue
