A number of text link sellers seem to be actively advertising run of site links.

Do they count in any way higher than a single link from a site in Yahoo or Google?

Yahoo anyway does not give the same value to links compared to Google, right? Even Google should be discounting multiple links from the same website? Any information will be appreciated :)

It can be a source of traffic as well. Think of it as a site wide banner.

For PR purposes I say no. Get the home page and forget the others unless an internal page is very relevant.

ROS = run of site, ie, a link on every page (in this context).
