Any Easy Way To Fill Up Those Exchange Links Forms

Anyone know of any easy way to automatically fill up those forms? like gator or anything?

Kindly assist.

1 of my biggest problem when trying to do Link exchange is to find if that site wants me to SUBMIT my site using a form or send them an email

Any help?
