How do I get out of a link farm that I didn't authorize?
Don't want to be banned

I just notice in my refferal logs that one of my sites has ended up in a link farm. I'm concered about my affiliation with such a thing because I don't want to be banned from the SERPs.
I'm sure this has come up before, but does anyone have any experience with getting out of a link farm?

No. They listed my site in their link farm without my permission. I don't link to them.

I doubt that you will get in trouble for it. You cannot control who links to your site, you on the other hand should watch out who you link to.

We had a competitor a while back who was submitting our site to hundreds of FFA pages trying (I assume) to get our site penalized... we rank #2 for our industry's most coveted keyword.
This went on for weeks... all of the submissions were sent to my email address (which I thought was nice).
I was worried for awhile, but it never had any effect on our rankings.
