Hi:
I am looking for free link exchange software. I like links manager but it is too expensive for me. I tried swapware but wasn't able to install it because of network problem. I have a very basic hosting package. I am looking for a link manager software that will do the following:
1) should be customizable so that my links pages look exactly like the other pages of my website.
2) I should be the one who approves and disapproves a link before it is written to the links page
3) I want my links page to be in HTML
If someone can guide me regarding this, I will appreciate it.
