Order of the links

How should i list links in my resources page. Alphabetically, newer ones up or down? What will bring the best results?

How about a hierarchy with categories, sub-categories etc? It's all about putting your links in a meaningful relation to each other.

Im only accepting relevant links so im not sure that this is the way to go.

I'd look at it from a users standpoint. What would the users of your website find most useful? All too often webmasters forget this when designing their links pages.

Personally, almost anything that isn't alphabetical will look like a mess to your visitors.
