How do I check when this huge site links to me?

I just noticed a huge manufacturer in the topic of my site linked to my homepage. While that sub-page doesn't drive tons of people to my site, its page rank is pretty high and the page is very targeted to the content of my site. However, I couldn't find when this manuacturer started to link to me.

How could I find out?

Thanks!

you could try checking through the internet archive (archive.org) - or email the webmaster :)

The manufacturer is just too huge... I doubt their webmaster will have policy to give me personal reply.

I tried Internet archive, which keeps this page up-to-date until July 2003. The page back then didn't have my link. So, mystery is still unsolved.

Irock, if you have your old traffic logs you could look for the first referral - that wouldn't tell you when it was first put up, but it would establish the end date in the range. July 2003 is apparently the beginning of the range.
