Dear all,

If i pay for some (about 10 subdomains from the same url) inclusions into a local directory with moderate pagerank, which url for inclusion is the most beneficial to my website? which one will you choose to submit, and why?

(a) www.homepage.com/widget/a/b/c/d

or

(b) www.homepage.com/widget/a

i think that (b) is better to my homepage pagerank, i just wish to know if any of you have reasons to submit (a) instead.

thank you in advance.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, chakra.

AFAIK it's the linking structure that determines the distribution of PageRank. It's irrelevant how many slashes you have in an URL. But short and uncomplicated filenames may have other advantages.
