68 links to my site from .php urls... good?

they are blank in google bar...

I've exchanged links with some sites and those are www.site.com/somethinglinks.php

And google bar shows blank (not grayed) in those pages...
is that good or bad?

I mean does that links to my site help or hurt?

links to you will not hurt.

You should be more concerned about the levels of users clicking through those links.

Let's be honest: I work for my site to be useful and pretty.
But we all work for getting pr using backlinks.
Don't tell me you add outgoing links to your site just because you basically want your user's delight...
