Should we link to sites with pr0 our pr is 2

I have site with PR 2, Should I link to sites with PR 0. I know that there is no harm if they link to us, but should we link to them? Does it have a negative effect on my site's pr.

do they have good content and will it fit in with your site. Will it be usefull to your visitors?

If yes to these and no to possibility that is contains redirects or obvious spam then link to it. Forget what the toolbar says, look at the content.

Thanks but getting top ranking is also important as this will get me some good traffic. Good traffic ,good business, good money, so getting the top rank is the drive.

Does they(PR 0 site's) affect my ranking. Do they contribute significantly to my PR?

Read this a few times. Become an authority and tbpr will take care if itself.

Who you link to will not really affect your ranking if you choose wisely. Make sure the content of teh site is good and link to it.

If they have agood site just link to them, one day they will be not a PR0, ask for a link back but don't worry. If it is useful for your customer then it is good for you and in the long run it is what the search engines want.
