Anybody know how?

I would like to find ALL backlinks to my site. I've tried Alltheweb, but it only shows the first 760 backlinks. Does anyone know of anywhere else I can look? It seems Altavista is no good, and Google also only shows a small %.

Alexa shows all SITES linking to a site, but not the actual pages doing the linking.

Thanks

760....not bad going:)

We compile all the stuff fron marketleap and do it for all the deep pages we know of an dthe amalgamate the results. But alas we know of any tool etc that can do it all.

Anyone have something we can buy:)

hmm. Why don't you make a search engine of your own ;)

You mean to say alltheweb has only indexed 760 of your link pages? If yes then I don't know any better engine than alltheweb for showing backlinks.

No - they have indexed 5000+ but when I want to see them it only shows the first 760.

We are working on our own search engine ;)

Trouble is the bandwidth!

are there any redundant sites with multiple backlinks to your site? If yes then you can remove those by using :-

link:www.domain.com -site:www.multiplelinksite.com

and you can also remove multiple sites through this query by continuing the site: bit. HTH

and I am amazed by the no. of WW members making their own engine. Maybe we should have a forum for that too. You guys could come together and make a very good engine IMHO :)

link:www.domain.com -site:www.multiplelinksite.com

Doesn't work for me.

Albert - it works on alltheweb.

Thanks Mil2k. Nice trick. Now I can filter the internal links which are of no interest anyway. They normally make up the bulk of any links to a site.
