When would you stop getting links?

I just checked and my site just got to a PR 8, after being PR 7 for the last year or so. I've got about 11,000 inbound links according to Alltheweb. I was wondering if it's really feasible to keep getting reciprocal links to push the PR to 9, or is it just time to stop and find other ways of building traffic. The inbound links I have don't really send me a lot of traffic on an individual basis, but it does all add up.

Yes to get a even higher PR, get more links. Insist on Quality and to get more traffic from them, use your most important keywords as teh link text.
