Link Exchanges with Blogs

How many of you exchange links with high content, high Google ranked blogs?

It's proved beneficial for a lot of the bloggers I know, but I haven't really hear much from the Web Master community.

did you just reference good content by how it ranks? thats how it read...

anyway, forget rank just focus on what your users need/want.

I go with netcommr. Get good quality links. They maybe PR0. Remember, that PR0 link maybe PR7 tomorrow.

So always look for good links for yourself.
