I manage a site with home apge rage rank 7, inner pages pr5. 8 weeks ago a changed the site from asp to php.

none of the inner pages now ahve a pr at all.

Some of thepages are links pages, and as far as I can tell the links from them no longer are counted anywhere(I link to other site and have checked their inbound links)

Has anyone else experienced deep crawl/inbound link caluclation problems?

Hi Nippi, I don't have the toolbar anymore so I'm not sure of specifics, but I also recently switched a site from HTML to PHP. The entire site was crawled 24 hours later, and all the pages added within 3 days. The traffic increased drastically, as the new pages were optimized more effectively. So my suggestion would be for you to check your logs and don't worry about your pagerank. If your traffic is up, then there's nothing to worry about. If it's decreased, then give it a few days, and if the problem persists, they may be a problem with how you created the pages, your robots.txt, or other possible factors.

I believe tha pwges ahve been crawled, but the page rank has not been appleid to them, and as the pages have a page rank of 0, the value of the links out are worth little as well.

Google updated pagerank about 2 weeks ago, so I think you need to wait 2 more weeks for them to apply the PR to your new pages.
