they must be saying the best browser to use in 2004. :)

technology moves so fast that if they said the best whatever of 2003 was fancywidget it might be outdated already. and if they said the best browser of the first half of 2004 is opera, it just wouldn't have the same ring to it. but it's just darn inaccurate. who's the ad wizard who came up with that one.

[edit]actually, i just checked out the article and it's opera 7.23 thats the best of 2004. guess tech changed too fast for them.[/edit]
