Opera Software and Answers.com announced a partnership Thursday in which the search engine will be integrated into the Opera browser and portal.
I can't decide if I like this or not. It kind of smells of having "helpful" toolbars forced on the user. But, as long as there's a way to customize it (i.e., turn it off)....
"Answers.com is yet another feature that will set us apart, providing millions of Opera users with instant access to fast facts and reliable information," Carsten Fischer, Opera desktop product manager, said in a statement.

Not so exclusive after all... ;) In fact, you can get answers.com toolbars and integrated searches in all the major browsers, so the difference here boils down to the co-branding, the revenue-sharing and the fact that you probably can't remove it.
