In addition, there's a lot of buzz that the Opera anniversary will be coupled with some kind of big announcement - there's some speculation that this might be a change in the desktop browser's business model (ad-free and totally free some hope). Well, Opera has built other revenue streams, from its embedded small screen browser in smartphones for instance. So, just maybe?
And I know it's off topic Tedster ..
But..
Why do so many people and companies think that the quality of the illustration isn't important ..that kind of stuff on a first page is just cringe makeingly bad , ugly and dumb ..
And certainly won't make their browser the choice of many artists..free , ad supported or otherwise ..
Shows they either have a very low opinion of illustration ..or are totally incompetant at distinguishing good work from bad ..
Didn't someone attempt to spam the fora with an IE birthday hype the other day ..,
