How do you set up click monitoring for Download managers like DAP and Getright?

GetRight has a specific Opera version. It's the only one I know of for Opera.
After that, I use Leech ftp with it's clip board monitor. Right Click - copy target address - and let it do it's thing.

I used to use Getright, but I haven't used it in months. Opera has a built-in download manager of sorts that can resume broken downloads, and I find it adequeate for my needs.
